Effectiveness of cognitive therapy based on mindfulness and psychological capital and mood states of army soldiers with depression in Tehran

The purpose of this research was the effectiveness cognitive therapy based on mindfulness and psychological capital mood states depressed army soldiers in Tehran. For purpose, current type considered semi-experimental pre-test-post-test with a control group. statistical population present study included all sergeants depressive conditions who referred to 577th hospital Tehran 1401. Sampling is done two stages: first stage, 50 secretaries depression are selected using cluster sampling method (25 people experimental group 25 group) them A call made, from which, due small number clients, entire community as sample. During research, they were invited an interview presented relevant questionnaires. obtained results show that relationship between therapy, improving interventions stance towards reality direct significant.
